Age is not the ceiling. The program is.
A boutique coaching practice for every age and stage of life — strength training programmed personally around your goals, with particular depth in reversing osteopenia, osteoporosis, and age-related strength loss for clients who need it. No 12-month contract. No coach assigned from a roster — just me.
Muscle loss after 40 isn't inevitable.
It's what happens when nobody asks your body to adapt. Strength doesn't expire — it atrophies from disuse. Loaded and progressed correctly, training works the same way at 90 as it does at 40. The only real limit is a program that never asks enough of you.
What a private practice offers that a platform cannot
Most online training today is built to serve thousands. This was built to serve a few, exceptionally well.
The person behind every program
Take a 40-year-old client who added 185 lb. to her deadlift in eight weeks. Or a 90-year-old client who went from a 25 lb. deadlift to 125 lb. in that same window. Same coach, same method — age was never the variable that decided what was possible.
Harrison is an ISSA-certified personal trainer based in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, who has worked hands-on with dozens of clients. Every result on this page belongs to someone he's personally coached — not a case study borrowed from someone else's roster.
Every program starts with a real assessment — strength, mobility, medical history — then gets built specifically around it. Progress isn't guessed at; it's tracked, adjusted, and pushed forward every cycle, one client at a time.
Three stages, in this order, without exception
Understand
A complete baseline — strength, balance, mobility, and any physician-noted restrictions — before a single exercise is prescribed.
Build
Progressive, load-bearing resistance training — the established mechanism for rebuilding bone density — increased in small, deliberate increments.
Sustain
Your program is revisited and adjusted as you get stronger, so progress compounds rather than plateaus.
Documented outcomes, not promises
Real client numbers spanning decades of age — proof of what the method can do, whatever stage you're starting from.
Progressive loading paired with dedicated balance work, from a 25 lb. baseline.
A strength rebuild from a standing start, progressed weekly without a missed session.
Sustained, progressive load-bearing training preceded a follow-up scan showing the diagnosis reversed.
Pace within that window: as much as 2 lb. of fat lost and 2 lb. of muscle gained in a single week — tracked with real InBody data, not just the scale.
Individual results vary based on starting point, consistency, and medical history.

Which program fits you
Three questions. Under two minutes.
How closely would you like to work together?
Do you have a diagnosis such as osteopenia, a recent fall, or a joint replacement?
How many days a week can you realistically train?
A few honest answers
Am I too old to start?
Clients in their 80s and 90s train here now, some starting from zero. The 90-year-old client on this page began with a 25 lb. deadlift. Age isn't the limiting factor — an untested program is.
Isn't lifting heavy risky as I get older?
Untrained muscle and unaddressed bone density loss are the riskier path — that's what raises fall and fracture risk over time. Progressive, correctly coached loading is what protects against it, which is why every program starts with a full assessment before any weight is added.
Who is this actually for?
Every age. Some clients are in their 20s and 30s building a real foundation; others are in their 70s and 80s rebuilding what age took from them. Programming is individually built either way. Reversing osteopenia, osteoporosis, and age-related strength loss is a particular area of depth — useful if that applies to you, but it's not a gate to get through the door.
Will this help me lose weight, not just get stronger?
Strength training is one of the most effective tools for sustainable fat loss after 40, and it's the foundation of every program here. Foundation includes general nutrition education — how protein, timing, and habits support your training. Reinforced and Full Load build on that with guidance discussed and adjusted live during check-ins. As a certified trainer, not a dietitian, I can teach general principles but can't calculate an individualized meal plan or macro prescription — for that, or for medical nutrition therapy, I'll refer you to a registered dietitian partner.
Do I need equipment at home?
No. Many clients train from a nearby commercial gym with a phone propped on a stand — often safer than a home setup, since the equipment is purpose-built. Your plan is built around what you actually have.
Is this safe with osteoporosis or osteopenia?
It is the specific focus. Progressive load-bearing training is the established mechanism for building bone density. Anyone with an osteo diagnosis, a recent fall, or age 70+ completes a physician clearance form before training begins.
Is my physician involved?
By design. Onboarding includes a health screening and, when indicated, a clearance form your physician signs, with any restrictions built directly into your program.
What does "application only" actually mean?
A short consultation call before anything is booked. It exists so the roster stays small enough that every client gets programming built personally — not to make this difficult to join.
A private conversation, before anything is programmed
Fifteen minutes, no obligation. Requests are reviewed personally, and most receive a reply within one business day.
Current activity, any restrictions, what you want out of training.
If it isn't the right fit, I'll tell you directly.
Health screening, physician clearance if needed, then we begin.
